Blanket in Lace-and-Cable Stitch
Measuring approximately 32″ (81 cm) x 38” (96 cm)
A lace-and-cable throw worked in three pieces.
This pattern requires intermediate knitting skills.
Stitches
Knit, purl, cable, yarn over, decreases (ssk, k2tog)
Yarn
3 balls of Cascade Yarns Anthem Chunky (218 yds/200 m, 7 oz/200 g per ball)
For sample, 2 balls red and 1 ball blue were used
Substitute yarn
Chunky weight acrylic yarn, above yardage
Recommended Needles
US #10 (6 mm) straight needles, 14″ (36 cm) for main knit
US #9 (5.5 mm) straight needle, 14″ (36 cm) for BO
